Requirements:

1. Water loss 10-20%
2. Casing size = 9.625 inches
3. Minimum net electricity generation ≥ 500 MWe
4. Drawdown requiring redrilling at 5-10 years:
5. LCOE ≤ $80/MWh ($78.20/MWh)
6. Capex ≅ $4500/kW (~$4550/kW, depending on whether nominal 500MW net or actual 504 MWe minimum net generation is used)

Other changes:

1. Real Discount Rate = 8% (higher than default 7%).
   1. TODO: this is intended to be equivalent to 8% inflated equity interest rate from BICYCLE, is this the appropriate mechanism/value?
2. TODO: decide whether to retain ITC = 30%
3. Starting electricity sale price = $120/MWh (down from $150/MWh)
